Simple to Use, Syncs via Dropbox

I wanted an affordable, simple to use To-Do list that synced with my iPhone via Dropbox. All the other To-do list apps I was looking at synced via their own server. Im tired of having my data spread across everyone elses servers. Ive chosen Dropbox as my personal "cloud", and was thrilled to see this app would let me sync via Dropbox.

The app is very easy to use and syncs seamlessly with my iPhone (via DB). Note, I also bought "To-do lists mobile", which is necessary for using the synced to-do lists on your iPhone. Its another great app.
